Our Customer Care department provides world-class service to all our customers. We do this by actively listening, ensuring that customer orders are taken accurately and efficiently. Our Customer Care department is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to take orders and answer billing-related questions.
Empire Merchants LLC has an experienced merchandising team that drives in-store visibility in on- and off-premise retail accounts. The team includes a dedicated team of employees and operates out of a 30,000-square-foot warehouse. Core competencies include building product displays, designing and implementing retail window displays, and installation of counter wraps.
