We will be closed Friday July 3 for the Independence Day Holiday, and Monday July 13 thru
Friday July 24 for the company summer shut-down. In order to guarantee delivery before
our summer shutdown from Monday July 13 thru Friday July 24, please place your orders
early. We recommend that you place your final pre-shutdown order no later than Tuesday
July 7, 2009.
Per the New York State Liquor Authority, payments for purchases beginning on Wednesday
July 1 up to and including Friday July 10 will be due as if purchased on Friday
July 10. Final payment date will be Monday August 10.
Please be advised that our first delivery date after the company summer shut-down
will be Tuesday July 28.

Floor Tax
The NYS Department of Tax and Finance has imposed a one time floor tax on beer and wine effective May 1, 2009.
The floor tax will be based on inventory as of May 1, 2009 and will be due to
the NYS Department of Tax and Finance on or before July 20, 2009. Wholesalers,
retailers, and other sellers of beer and wine must take inventory, file a floor
tax return (MT-70), and pay the tax. If there is no inventory to report, you must
still file a floor tax return indicating that no tax is due. If you own more than
one location, you must file one form based on the inventory at each location.
